We are regularly sought For legal advisory on law reform in the health sector by the Federal Government, State Governments and other organisations such as Resolve to Save Lives. We have advised on the National Health Policy, the National Health Act, and the Lagos, Kwara, Bayelsa and Adamawa States Health Insurance Laws, amongst others. We also drafted the National Health Insurance Commission Act, the Mental Health Bill etc.

We provided legal advice on the development of the Basic Health Care Fund Provision Guidelines which was adopted by the Federal Ministry of Health and has since been launched by Nigeria’s President Muhammad Buhari.
The Firm provided technical expertise For the National Mental Health Act signed into law in 2022. It is currently engaged as a legal advisor to the Presidential Health reform Committee to provide legal advice on health reforms.
