Olayinka Adedeji is passionate about using the instrumentality of law and technology to shape health outcomes and improve health delivery for the Nigeria and Africa populace.
Her research interests cut across gender, health law and policy. At HELC, she was part of the team that worked on a training manual for UN Women.

She also contributed to developing a policy on sexual harassment and abuse in tertiary institutions for the Ogun State government. She generally consults for healthcare organisations like PharmAccess Foundation, MobiHealth amongst others.
She also writes and contributes to articles and publications on health law and policy related topics.

Olayinka graduated with a First-Class degree in Law from the University of Ibadan and obtained her Bar Practicing Certificate from the Nigerian Law School, Abuja. She is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association.
