Ifeoma is a Senior Associate in the corporate commercial/ dispute resolution practice group of Health Ethics and Law Consulting and the head of Litigation in HELC.
She oversees all legal aspects of litigation and monitors ongoing litigation, arbitrations, trials, appeal cases and other associated case tasks.

She obtained a Bachelor of Laws Degree from Babcock University, Ilisan-Remo, Ogun State in 2011 and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2012. She subsequently obtained a Master of Law from the University of Lagos. Her core areas of practice are dispute resolution which includes Civil Litigation, Arbitration and Mediation.

She advises on international investments transactions, general corporate commercial matters in the health sector and health regulatory compliance issues. In addition to her regulatory and transactional experience, Ifeoma has experience representing healthcare providers and patients before various courts.

She has frequently contributed to and been quoted by national and regional health care publications.
