Dotun is a graduate with Second-Class Honors (Upper Division) from Benson Idahosa University. He provides general corporate and legal advisory to HELC’s clients including in areas relating to the application of CAMA 2020, minority interest in the formation of SPVs, reviewing contracts etc.

He has actedas counsel to HELC’s clients, particularly in medical negligence cases. His wide range of litigation expertise span complex medical negligence cases, Sexual Assault Cases, Domestic Violence cases, attempted suicide cases etc. He has over the years, worked with clients in the health sector as a risk compliance officer, ensuring that the facilities meet internationally acceptable standards.

Dotun also provides support in regulatory and policy advisory on health,migration, and child protection. Some of this support included contributions to the drafting of the Child Right Bill of Edo State, The Edo State Family Court Adjudication Guidelines for Child Offenders 2022 etc.
